Abstract
- The article offers information on three educational research sponsored by the U.S. Institute of Education Sciences that are being reviewed by the National Center on Education Evaluation and Research. It states that the three studies examine the access to effective teaching by disadvantaged students in the U.S. Moreover, access to effective teachers vary across several districts in the U.S.
