Identiication of Proteins Regulated by Ferulic Acid in a Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion Animal Model-A Proteomics Approach.

The article presents a study on proteins expressed following ferulic acid treatment during ischemic brain injury using a proteomics technique. It discusses the methods used in the study and proteins identified, such as adenosylhomocysteinase, isocitrate dehydrogenase and mitogen-activated protein kinase, as well as the sequence of the primers used for PCR amplification.
