Abstract
- The article focuses on the Argentinean small farmers and their position in relation to genetically modified (GM) crops. It demonstrates how the decision making of the farmers are profit-driven and how easily they can adopt to biotechnology and transgenic crops practices. However, the authors have emphasized the fact that the small farmers are not fully aware of the impact of GM crops on their health and the environment.
