Abstract
- The article focuses on a study which examines the impact of H9N2 avian influenza virus (AIV) on pathogenicity of ducks vaccinated with H9N2 inactivated vaccine. Topics discussed include the use of indirect fluorescent antibody test to determine the distribution of the H9N2-AIV in ducks tissue, use of reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction to examine the detoxification conditions, and determination of histopathological changes such as granular degeneration, and catholicity hemorrhage.
