Abstract
- The authors examine the impact of a large number of Muslim immigrants in Europe to education. They note the religionalization of politics that affect different social spheres, particularly education. Also noted are the change in the way the Netherlands addressed the issue of immigrants, the discourses and practices that resulted to the integration of foreigners, the conflicts linked to the presence of immigrants and the change in the relationship between natives and foreigners.
