Abstract
- The article discusses long-term waste paper purchasing contracts entered into by recycled printing paper provider FutureMark Paper Group. It describes how its deal with Waste Management Recycle America (WMRA) would benefit its paper-making facilities. Remarks from FutureMark president and chief executive officer (CEO) Steve Silver regarding the business model being observed by the firm are presented. The way these contracts protect the firm against price variability is also noted.
