Abstract
- The article explores longevity, as it notes that scientists, medical technologists and statisticians are clear that increased longevity has already broadly taken roots. It elaborates on the implications of an aging population in the U.S., including the possibilities of working on a full-time basis well beyond today's retirement age of 61, and flexible working hours for employees into their late 60s and early 70s. It also suggests that people should plan to live a long life and save accordingly.
