Origen, desarrollo y limites estructurales de la industria del papel en la Argentina, 1880-1940.

This article discusses the history and development of the paper industry in Argentina, with a particular focus on the period 1880-1940. The author comments on the technological innovations and changes related to the manufacturing processes in the paper industry both in Argentina and on an international level. She also considers the business strategies employed during this time period An analysis of the La Papelera Argentina S.A. and the Celulosa Argentina paper companies in the 1930s is also provided.
