Abstract

The article discusses conflict of law, the difference between laws of two or more jurisdictions with some connection to a case. It mentions that in resolution of conflict of law the practical aspects related to the case is to be kept in mind and attorneys should be allowed to file case in courts of law favorable to their clients. It further informs that presently conflict of law had been included as an essay subject in the bar examinations of 24 states in the U.S.
