Abstract
- The article focuses on the guidelines of the Committee on Judicial Ethics on Buffalo, New York regarding proper campaign conduct from candidates for elective judicial office. It mentions that a part-time judge can authorize his/her restaurant to promote sales by contributing part of it sales to a non-profit organization. The Committee advised that a judge who is a practicing attorney must disqualify him/herself during a representation of a case which he/she refers a case to another attorney.
