Supreme Court to Inspect Neutrality Agreements.

The article informs that the legality of neutrality agreements, which create a form of behavior during organizing drives between the union and employer, will be scrutinized by the U.S. Supreme Court by November 2013. It states that the case involved a worker who was aided by charitable organization National Right to Work Foundation to charge the employer and the union UNITE HERE for breach of a clause in the 1947 Taft-Hartley law which prohibits employer from giving a union anything valuable.
