Abstract
- The article offers a critique of Web 2.0, websites that use technology beyond the static pages of earlier websites. It discusses the use of Web 2.0 for purposes that serve the different library constituencies, and examines the most useful tools that can serve library goals. The article also identifies literacies that are expedient in the era of Web 2.0 as it argues that digital literacy is more receptive towards production due to its multimodal nature.
