Abstract
- The article reports two sightings of red-necked keelback or Rhabdophis subminiatus in Similipal Tiger Reserve located in Orissa, India. It offers a physical description of the snake. The article also notes that there was no previous record of the occurrence of this species in Orissa and infers that the two sightings indicate that the occurrence of red-necked keelback in Orissa is confined to Similipal Tiger Reserve.
