Abstract

The article offers the insights of the Committee on Judicial Ethics on various inquiries related to the Code of Judicial Conduct and Rules Governing Judicial Conduct. It presents the political participation of an administrative judge's law clerk noted by the Committee based on the judicial law. The Committee suggests that a judge must avoid impropriety involving attorney's rights. It adds the improper action of a judge or court clerk to distribute information prepared for defendants.
