Organizational Communication and Reports.

The article looks at the flow of communication in several manners. They include horizontal communication that is generated among the people of the same rank in any organization. Other modes of communication include downward communication, upward communication and diagonal communication. The need to employ all the modes of communication is explained. In addition, the article addresses the use of reporting as a form of business communication.
