Abstract

The article discusses that the protein genes of duck tembusu virus (TMUV), a virus that infects ducks, extracted from duck farm were analyzed for expression. It states that cladistic analysis displays the TMUV belonging to Barley Yellow Dwarf (BYD) viruses. It also mention that the three dimensional structure the TMUV were similar to West Nile Virus E protein, a protein found in West Nile Virus, mosquito borne arbovirus.
