Abstract
- The article discusses preventive measures which should be undertaken for prevention of injuries while performing aerobics. It mentions that while performing flying exercises in aerobics classes, the students should twist up a beach towel around their waist which helps in evenly distribution of body weight and reduces strain on the body. It mentions that using a soccer ball between thighs helps in prevention of injuries while performing squats exercises.
