Abstract
- The article presents the author' views on the need for the construction industry to address the growing dangers facing cyclists in Great Britain. He says that the increased construction activity will result in more construction-related vehicles on roads, raising the collision risks with cyclists and pedestrians. He remarks that the industry needs to protect its workforce and the public from the dangers posed by its activities through technology and process reforms.
