Abstract

The authors present case studies of patients with genital leakage that are linked to patent peritoneovaginal duct and polycysctic kidney diseases. They state that a 76-year-old man with stage 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been inserted with a peritoneal catheter for open surgery. The authors note that a 45-year-old man with stage 5 CKD has underwent renal replacement therapy.
