Abstract
- The article focuses on the labour law crisis in Europe regarding distinction between economic and social rights. The European Trade Union Confederation had introduced labour relations with collective action on the free movement rights after denying fundamental rights violation and poor understanding of the industrial relations. It emphasizes the need to incorporate social rights within the employment context to reduce issues that create inequality in protection of domestic and posted workers.
