Abstract

The article discusses the merits and demerits of working in the U.S. by Australian law practitioners, and reflects ways to easily settle down and start a career. It offers advice on working in the U.S. law firms by attaining U.S. qualification and clearing the Bar exam for the state people want to live, which becomes easier to clear after the Bar Review Course. It informs that one has to register oneself with the Bar of the state as foreign attorney before being allowed for exam.
