Abstract: The article present a case study of a 32 year old male patient who amputated both of his testicles after consuming alcohol along with his first ever dose of lysergic acid diethylamide. A follow up examination which was conducted on the patient six months after the incident and revealed no psychiatric disorders is discussed.
