Research and Implementation of Management System on Multi-Product-and-Small-Batch Production.

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of the multi-product-and-small-batch production, the problems in the aspects of production planning, dynamic production scheduling, manufacturing resource constraints, production execution management, etc. after discussing in a manufacturing enterprise, and based on a deeply analysis of production planning, production scheduling and multi-resource(such as materials, fixture, equipment, personnel, and so on) allocation the production management process, this paper puts forward production-management-operation model, data model and multi-resource scheduling mechanism, and adopting J2EE multilayer architecture and component development technology to provide functions of production-task management, production planning, dynamic production scheduling, manufacturing resource balance & allocation and adjustment tracking, and so on. This system has integrated parts of the function of ERP & MES and the interface for PCS vertically, and at the same time provides the interface for CAPP & PDM horizontally, which has realized hierarchical management and collaboration in the production process, and has a very good expansibility in the actual production.
