The Research on Barriers and Strategies in SMEs Technology Center -- based on One Shipbuilding Enterprise in Guangdong Province.

Abstract: This paper first discusses how Small and Medium Enterprise Technology Center functions in the technical innovation; then focuses on analyzing the drawbacks met in the development process of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which is based on one shipbuilding enterprise in Guangdong; last, proposes corresponding strategies according to the basic requirements of the authentication and evaluation of enterprise technology center.
