Probe into Opening Financial Schemes of the Mining Cities Ecological Construction in China.

Abstract: There are specific environmental problems in the development of mining cities, such as earth falling, air, riverhead or off scum pollution, so the task to restore the ecological environment is very hard. Since the government financing is limited and the government is the only investor, and the total investment is insufficient, the ecological constructions of the mining cities have faced many difficulties. This paper analyze the difficulties that mining cities faced in the ecological construction. It probes into the opening financing schemes of ecological construction in the mining cities and put forward some suggestions to solve the problems. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
