Abstract
- The article discusses total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in cancer survivorship. It states that there is a possibility that a TKA rehabilitation therapist is rehabilitating a cancer survivor, given that the mean age of cancer patients is around 55 years and TKA is usually done on patients who age over 68 years. It explores cancer therapy late effects and provides clinical tools to therapists that they can use in assessing and treating cancer survivors who underwent TKA.
