ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON JUDICIAL ETHICS.

The article presents the responses of the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics on inquiries about judicial ethics in New York. It is inferred that the responses of the Committee are based on the Rules Governing Judicial Conduct and the Code of Judicial Conduct. Topics of the inquiries include the Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS) petition, the appointment of judicial staffers and the criticism of a trial attorney's performance by a trial judge.
