Abstract
- The article discusses how an Open-Closed Principle (OCP) can minimize cascading changes through software. It discusses how OCP could provide useful guidance for writing a good quality module, which could be changed and maintained easily. It is informed that the author created a MessageSender responsible for converting an object message to a byte array and a BatchingStrategy abstraction for deciding how message are batched together.
