This contribution is a Hungarian translation of a conference paper on the Hungarian Public-Private Partnership at International Academy of Comparative Law Congress 2010 in Washington D. C. The first part emphasizes the intellectual and historical background of the concept of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in the different legal cultures (e.g. American, English, French, German examples etc.). The appearance of the concept of PPP was very late in the Hungarian legal literature. The second part analyses the award of PPPs. The third part of the study shows the performance of PPPs.
