Abstract
- Congenital coronary arterial fistula is a rare cause of congestive heart failure in neonates. We describe a neonate who developed early symptoms because of an unusually large left coronary artery to right ventricular fistula. Computed tomography and coronary angiography delineated anatomy and facilitated successful surgical closure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
