Discusses the Fine Refinement Management Pattern in the Institutions of Higher Learning Laboratory Management Application.

Abstract: With the development of scientific technology and enlargement of higher education, it is important how to enhance management on lab, stipulate management by scientific method in order to adapt to career of higher education in new era, make full use of lab in teaching and research of higher education and improve practical profit of lab.
