Abstract
- The article presents a speech from U.S. Senator James "Jim" Webb which was delivered at an event hosted by the "Fordham International Law Journal" on March 19, 2012 at Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York, including an introduction by Center for National Security director Karen Greenberg, as well as a brief section where Webb provides answers to questions posed by audience members. Webb discusses U.S. national security policies in regards to regions such as East Asia.
