Abstract
- The article focuses on the award and arbitration in the journalism industry in Australia. It says that Australian journalists are continuing their effort to become a real professional and they are seeking new universities to help them. It states that journalists rushed headlong or pushed into fixing award and leaving not so important matters such as education. It adds that journalists moved to change their award and produced a credible structure that gave a newsgathering journalists a career.
