Abstract

The article discusses various opportunities for the foodservice operators to boost their growth by utilizing the holidays and festive seasons. It suggests that focus should be given to the promotion of wide range of menu options, appetizers and desserts to attract more consumers. It further suggests to prioritize special menu items that reflect the festive seasons through seasonal versions of hot beverages and fast meal services.
