Abstract
- The article presents information about classical:NEXT, a classical music conference held from May 30, 2012 to June 2, 2012 in Munich, Germany. Comparisons are drawn between the experiences of participants in Munich and the experiences of those attending the Midem annual music conference in Cannes, France. Descriptions are given of live performances by pianist Moritz Eggert and the musical groups Orchester Jakobsplatz München and New Generation.
