Abstract
- The article offers advice on what to do when a person finds himself reassessing his career plans when things do not turn out according to his expectations. It recommends taking charge of one's career by choosing to be a self-directed leader who designs his own future and career path. It says that this process means clarifying one's purpose, determining one's personal mission and deciding one's definition of success.
