Abstract

The article presents a case report of a 45-year-old woman with painful ankle arthrodesis who received bipolar fresh osteochondral allografts (BFOA) to restore ankle motion and support the midtarsal overload. The procedure which had no intra- or post-operative complications is described. The clinical and radiographic results from the 44-months followup such as range of motion are discussed.
