Usagers et bibliothécaires : concurrence ou co-création ?

This article discusses the relationship between multimedia libraries, the services which they provide to users, and the effect that library collection development and library administration has on the library users. It looks at the increasing demands that users put on library materials, and the ways in which library science in changing in order to keep up.
