Abstract

Panel acoustic power contribution analysis is put forward according to panel acoustic contribution analysis methodology investigation. According to gearbox noise radiation, finite element method and boundary element method are used to construct gearbox calculation model. According to the partition regions of gearbox, panel acoustic power contribution can be obtained by every panel calculation. Then, main contribution regions of the power and peak frequency are found according to calculation results. Improvement design and analysis are carried Out based on acoustic power analysis for gearbox. It can be concluded that this method is helpful for gearbox noise control investigation and realization.
