Abstract: The article discusses a study which aimed to determine imaging for identifying patients with non-ST-segment elevation (NSTE) acute coronary syndromes (ACS), encompassing NSTE myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and unstable angina. It also discusses current diagnosis and risk stratification in NSTE-ACS. It suggests further study on management of high-risk features to be able to predict, prevent and reduce the economic and social burden of NSTE-ACS.
