Abstract
- The article explores the coverage of the Kerry Lugar Bill by political cartoons Daily Jang and Nawa-i-Waqt. The Kerry Lugar Bill is described as a non-military aid package from the U.S. to Pakistan that came with several strict military and economic conditions. The cartoonists are revealed to decide whether to prolong, over emphasize or quit an issue. Newspapers, public opinion and published reports are cited to be used for compilation of information to deliver through cartoons.
