Abstract
- An essay is presented on the civil rights of the people of Puerto Rico in the cold war with respect to the passing of the Puerto Rico Federal Relations Act by the Congress of the U.S. The interest of the policymakers and the politicians of Puerto Rico converge. Information on the thesis regarding the convergence by the law professor Derrick A. Bell is also presented.
