Abstract
- The article discusses the benefits of in-store Wi-Fi for retail enterprises. It cites the example of Debenhams PLC that implemented new technologies like in-store Wi-Fi for improving sales. Marks and Spencer PLC (M&S) is also planning an in-store Wi-Fi offering. It is stated that the British government has taken the help of high profile retail gurus to stop the decreasing sales.
