Abstract
- The article reports on the role being played by the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Libya. An ICC team was sent to Libya to negotiate the release for four court employees arrested in June 2012. The ICC also sought to have Saif al-Islam Gadhafi and former Libyan chief Abdullah Senussi for them to be tried in The Hague, but the request was denied by Libya.
