Abstract
- An essay on the promotion of political expression in the U.S. is presented. It highlights three clauses in Article I of the U.S. Constitution involving legislative journals, post offices and copyright. It examines the protection of political expression by the First Amendment with emphasis on the relationship between the sovereign citizens and elected representatives.
