Abstract
- The article focuses on the Institution of Lighting Professionals (ILP) Technical Report on the Central Management Systems (CMS) in Great Britain. It discusses guidelines on the selection, operation and maintenance of CMS for street lighting , particularly in rural and urban environments. Also examined are the benefits by way of energy savings, increases in lamp light and reductions in lamp replacement costs.
