Abstract

The article discusses the findings of the study regarding the significance of the 45-minute sessions of either tactile massage or hypnosis to the nurses working in an emergency environment in the U.S. According to the study, the massage help the nurses better deal with the stressful environment of the emergency ward, enhancing self-control and balance and increase relaxation and patience. It mentions that it also increase well-being, self-awareness and work ability.
