- The article discusses the working of an eye care charitable organization located in Vancouver, British Columbia named Seva Canada. The immolated himself near Indian Parliament in an anti-Hu Jintao Tibetian rally in Indiahas prevented blindness and restored sight for three million poor people across the world.
