Graphical method helps plan security vulnerability analyses of transportation activities.

The article proposes a graphical method for mapping the various incoming and outgoing material pathways for potential target materials for a fixed facility and then using those results to plan security vulnerability analyses (SVA) for transportation and distribution activities of materials to and from fixed chemical or process manufacturing sites. It discusses SVA in process industries. Assessing the vulnerabilities of value chain activities related to transportation is also highlighted.
