Analysis of the Impact of FDI on the Upgrade of Industrial Structure in China's Domestic Industry.

This paper analyzes the impact of FDI on China's domestic industry by empirical research using the data of china from 2000 to 2009, compares the differences of FDI's spillover effect between the labor--intensive industries and the technology--intensive industries, and analyzes the reasons from the foreign capital's scale, density and the technology gap, etc. The results show that FDI has positive effects on both the development of the domestic industry and its upgrade of industrial structure, but there is still ascending space.
